Club SOBO Data Rights Request
Use this page if you want help with access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or another UK GDPR privacy request.
1) Your rights
- You may request access to personal data Club SOBO holds about you.
- You may ask Club SOBO to correct inaccurate information, delete eligible information, restrict processing, object to certain processing, or provide data portability where the right applies.
- If Club SOBO relies on consent for a non-essential activity, you can withdraw that consent for future processing.
- Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, disputes, audit, legal, accounting, or service-integrity reasons.
2) How to submit a request
- Email hello@clubsobo.co.uk with the subject line “Data Rights Request”.
- Tell us which right you want to use and include enough information to identify your Club SOBO account, such as the email address used for member, business, staff, or admin access.
- Do not send passwords, full payment details, or unnecessary sensitive information.
- If you can access the member app and want account deletion, use Settings, then Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, use Privacy choices for the current support route.
3) Verification and timing
- Club SOBO may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request, especially for business, staff, sales-representative, or platform-admin records.
- Club SOBO aims to respond within one month where UK GDPR requires it. Complex or multiple requests may take longer where the law allows.
- If a request affects a business account, staff permission, moderation record, QR scan, loyalty event, redemption, or paid business-service record, Club SOBO may need to preserve minimum audit data.
4) Choices, cookies, and account deletion
- Cookie and browser-storage information is explained in the Cookie Policy.
- Member account deletion is handled in the app where possible so the request is tied to the signed-in account.
- Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your Club SOBO account.
- Optional marketing or non-essential notification preferences should be updated in the relevant app or communication preference route where available.
