How much is Club SOBO?

Do I need the app?
The app gives the smoothest everyday experience for browsing, showing your QR, and keeping rewards in one place, but the website can still help you explore before joining.
Can I browse offers before I join?
Yes. The public directory lets you explore participating businesses and offer pages before deciding whether Club SOBO feels right for you.
How do rewards work?
Club SOBO brings offers, QR-based member validation, and loyalty progress into one place so you can browse, scan, and keep track without juggling multiple systems.
How do loyalty cards appear?
You do not need to add loyalty cards manually. A participating business can trigger your loyalty journey once you make a qualifying visit.
What happens if I stop using Club SOBO for a while?
Your loyalty history can remain linked to your account, subject to each business's live rules and any future service changes shown in the app or on the website.
How does Platinum work?
Platinum runs through the specific Platinum offers a participating business publishes. Each Platinum offer carries its own visit target and reward.
Is business onboarding free?
Yes. Businesses can apply without a platform joining fee. Optional paid visibility formats can sit separately from the core onboarding flow.
How does business signup work?
Businesses apply through the dedicated signup route, then move through moderation and approval before public content goes live on the website and inside member discovery.
Can business staff scan without seeing sensitive settings?
Yes. Staff access is intentionally separated from business admin controls so scanning can stay quick while deeper settings remain limited to approved admin roles.
What if an offer has timing, spend, or redemption rules?
Each business can set its own offer conditions such as time windows, qualifying spend, or one-time redemption limits. Members should follow the live offer card terms before redeeming.
