Sales Representative Agreement (Summary)

1) Status

Sales Representatives are independent contractors and not employees/workers of Spotlight Ventures Limited.

2) Referral and commission basis

• Commission applies only to valid direct referrals linked to the rep’s identifier.
• No downline, MLM, or pyramid payout structure is permitted.
• Commission may be delayed, withheld, adjusted, or reversed for fraud, chargeback, reversal, or policy breach.

3) Conduct restrictions

• No guaranteed earnings claims.
• No investment framing or misleading claims about Club SoBo.
• No fake referrals, impersonation, or deceptive marketing.

4) Compliance and tax

• Reps are responsible for their own tax and regulatory obligations.
• Brand and marketing use must follow current rep policy and legal standards.

5) Termination and contract status

Club SoBo may terminate rep access for misconduct, fraud risk, legal risk, inactivity, or policy breach. This page is a summary only; formal rep contracts and payment terms are issued separately.
