Community Project Application Terms

1) Submission rules
- Applications must include accurate project details, funding request, and delivery plan.
- Submission does not guarantee shortlisting, voting, or funding.
2) Review rights
- Club SoBo may approve, reject, or remove applications at its discretion subject to law.
- Incomplete, misleading, or risky applications may be declined.
3) Voting model
- Voting eligibility and cycles are governed by Club SoBo member rules in force at the time.
- Club SoBo may apply additional governance checks before final funding decisions.
