Community Grant Terms

1) Nature of funding
- Funding is a grant, not an investment, shareholding, or ownership transfer.
- Grant recipients must use funds only for the approved project purpose.
2) Conditions
- Recipients may be required to provide reporting evidence and milestone updates.
- Misuse, fraud, or material misrepresentation may lead to suspension, clawback, or disqualification where lawful.
3) Payment controls
- Grant timing depends on compliance checks, governance approvals, and operational capacity.
- No guaranteed payment timeline applies unless explicitly agreed in writing.
