Business Staff Acceptable Use Terms

1) Purpose and role boundary
Staff accounts are operational scanner accounts for redemption verification and authorised loyalty actions.
2) Default permissions
- Scanner and redemption verification access only by default.
- No automatic member entitlement unless separately unlocked through valid paid or role-based entitlement.
- Access is limited to the assigned business context.
3) Prohibited conduct
- No fake/duplicate scans or scanning for non-customers.
- No unauthorised reward issuance or manual stamp abuse.
- No credential sharing, account takeover attempts, or security bypasses.
- No misuse or disclosure of member personal data outside authorised operations.
4) Monitoring and enforcement
- Redemption attempts are logged for fraud prevention and dispute handling.
- Business Admin and Platform Admin may pause scanner access, suspend, or deactivate staff accounts.
- Serious misuse may be escalated for legal or regulatory action where required.
